SmokeCraft currently ships orders within Canada.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package weight, and available shipping service.
The shipping options and prices displayed at checkout are the rates applicable to your order at the time of purchase.
Carriers
Orders may be shipped using Canada Post, Purolator, or another available shipping carrier selected by SmokeCraft when appropriate.
Processing Time
We aim to process and prepare orders for shipment within 1–2 business days after the order has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays may be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout when available.
Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and begin after the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, remote destinations, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has been shipped.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been shipped.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and, when applicable, photographs of the product and packaging.
If tracking indicates that an order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us so we can assist with reviewing the shipment.
